Form tips & recording
Lower until your elbow bends to about 100°, then return above 145°. Keep hips in line with shoulders and ankles. The counter stays on the camera view in either phone orientation.
Pose processing stays in your browser. This prototype isn't tamper-proof. Recording is optional. Use Record video while the camera is running, then stop it to preview and save. Video does not contain the on-screen counter or coach audio.

01 · Commit before day one
All members agree to an equal buy-in and the same daily schedule, including any rest days.
02 · Show up every day
On workout days, complete that day’s target with the camera before midnight in the challenge's agreed timezone. Scheduled rest days require no check-in. This local prototype uses this device's calendar and timezone.
Shared workout credit
A saved push-up workout counts toward your active shared-credit push-up challenges, using each challenge’s timezone and target. Partial sessions add up. Rest days and finished challenges are skipped. A challenge requiring separate reps only accepts its own workouts; this rule is shown before joining.
03 · Finishers split the entire pot
One finisher gets the full pot. Multiple finishers split it equally, including their original buy-ins. Cent remainders are assigned in participant order. If nobody finishes, this prototype returns each original buy-in.
04 · A failed camera check needs review
Low visibility doesn't count as a rep. Save your recording for review; this prototype has no shared review service or automatic forfeiture system.
Prototype boundaries
Shared circles sync participant names and completed sessions to signed-in accounts. Local demos stay on this device. Deposits and payouts remain simulated. Recordings stay in your browser and are not uploaded. Automatic forfeitures and dispute review are not enabled.
